Beth Donahue-Steward
Beth is a true inspiration who is ready to share her story and help others on the other side of domestic violence.
Beth grew up in Ohio, Alabama and Florida. She is the daughter of an Army Officer Dad and Accountant Mom. Coming from a loving and caring family environment, Beth experienced for the first time physical, verbal and emotional abuse in her relationships and marriages. Beth's journey of survival through controlling, abusive and manipulating relationships led her to helping others survive and move on from being victims of domestic violence.
The biggest effect on people leaving an abusive relationship is financial. Re-learning how to be self-sufficient and earn an income is difficult for most since during most abusive relationships the abuser controls the money, time and movement of the abused. Beth is the successful owner of ELLIZZE, a clothing resale business, where she teaches women how to manage and sell across multiple platforms to be independent and earn income.
Beth served as a AmeriCorps VISTA working with the Salvation Army in Springfield, Ohio. Beth helped facilitate a program that helps people out of poverty. The program provides mentorship, education, training and information to program participants to lead them on a path of financial independence.
