The Exchange exists to change the culture of helping by providing practical tools, relevant content and connections among people that are fighting poverty through unlikely relationships.

Exchange resources and tools are designed to provide professional development and networking opportunities for individuals across all levels of the Exchange member organization (ie; front line staff, administration, volunteers, etc.) 

Monthly Exchange members will have the opportunity to participate in a interactive webinar and download a podcast on topics such as--- change management, resource development, trauma informed care.  Content focused on the following themes:

Professional Development. These webinars bring experts in the field to a screen near you. Our webinars address timely and relevant topics like volunteer engagement, resource development and instructional strategies. We archive each webinar so that you can get your professional development on demand.

Faith Guided. These webinars are most relevant to churches and nonprofit ministries engaged in poverty alleviation work. The webinars will highlight key practices to address the brokenness in our communities and be an example of redemptive ministry. Some examples of webinars included in this category are “Activate the Gifts of your Congregation” and “Who’s Really Broken?”

Lived Experience. These webinars will elevate the voices of those who have experience journeying out of poverty. We know that those who have lived experience bring valuable insight and wisdom and help shift the culture of helping. Some examples of webinars included in this category are “Dignity Story Telling” and “The Stories We Tell Ourselves”.
