Represents actual families Think Tank has relationships with

15 Resources

Each with 1-3 Resource Leaders

COPE Facilitator

Leads the session and will answer any questions you have.

The Community Resources

The 13 resources, which will be “owned and operated” by Resource Leaders, will each be provided with their own set of materials and props. The materials will include an instructional silhouette, individualized forms, and the proper paperwork families need to successfully utilize the specific resource. A description of each are listed given below.

  • Students from odd-numbered families will report to class.

    Traffic: Medium

  • Students from even-numbered families will report to class.

    Traffic: Medium

  • Food stamps, cash, and assistance (medical, and childcare)

    Traffic: Medium

  • Doctor appointments and fill prescriptions. Also runs Daycare.

    Traffic: Low

  • Make rent and mortgage payments. Pay your loan and cash checks (if you have an account)

    Traffic: Medium

  • Emergency housing.

    Traffic: Low

  • Report here for work if employed, or to apply for a job.

    Traffic: High

  • Buy/Sell/Trade/Pawn Item Cards, and pay loans.

    Traffic: Low

  • Determine scholarship/financial aid eligibility. Pay tuition, refund checks.

    Traffic: Low

  • Apply for College, take placement test.

    Traffic: Low

  • Children will report each week, and do not need transportation.

    Traffic: Medium

  • Bus + Gas Passes Groceries, clothing, prescription bills and pay utility bills.

    Traffic: High

  • Walking Passes, limited assistance ans Child Protective Services.
